We accept:
Cancellation Policy: For reservations made with less than fifteen days to the date of entry: advance payment (charge at time of reservation). For other reservations: 10% deposit upon confirmation of the reservation and charge of 90% 15 days from arrival date. At the reservation request, an email is sent with a link for credit card payment of the indicated deposits.
Animals and pets are not allowed. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. We hope that you will berespectful with the uses and details. The urban center is a quiet place and it is important to maintain an attitude of courtesy and good coexistence. Inside the apartments you can not smoke, except on the patio or terrace.
