The house is located on the beach and fishing village of Es Grau, 8.5 km from Mahón, capital of Menorca and inside the protected natural space of S'Albufera, being the ideal vacation spot for families and couples. If you travel with children you should know that Es Grau is the quintessential family beach in Menorca. The Villa, 100 meters walking from the beach, it is three independent departments fully equipped with a capacity of 4 people each one, that are rented individually or shared. Built on an area of 200 square meters of land, on the ground floor there are two apartments, the named Tramuntana of 54 m2 and the named Migjorn of 32 m2 both with independent patios and on the upper floor an apartment called Ponent of 80 m2 with a terrace.

Cancellation Policy: For reservations made with less than fifteen days to the date of entry: advance payment (charge at time of reservation). For other reservations: 10% deposit upon confirmation of the reservation and charge of 90% 15 days from arrival date. At the reservation request, an email is sent with a link for credit card payment of the indicated deposits.
Animals and pets are not allowed. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. We hope that you will berespectful with the uses and details. The urban center is a quiet place and it is important to maintain an attitude of courtesy and good coexistence. Inside the apartments you can not smoke, except on the patio or terrace.
